Rising Star Zach Bryan Takes the Stage

Zach Bryan, the “Something in the Orange” sensation, is set to headline The Bud Light Backyard Tour Presents Zach Bryan on Feb. 9, 2024, at The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. The event kicks off the Bud Light Backyard Tour’s second year during Super Bowl LVIII weekend, providing a memorable musical experience.

A Night of Music and Philanthropy

The Bud Light Backyard Tour is not just about music; it’s about giving back. Zach Bryan, a former U.S. Navy member from a military family, emphasizes the event’s integration with Folds of Honor, a nonprofit supporting families of fallen and disabled service members and first responders.

Bryan shared, “Partnering with Bud Light is full circle for me. It’s a privilege and honor to provide help to veterans and those who make this country great.”

Zach Bryan’s Meteoric Rise

Since “Something in the Orange” hit the top 10 Billboard Hot 100, Zach Bryan has soared to stadium-headlining status. His chart-topping duet with Kacey Musgraves, “I Remember Everything,” marked his first Hot 100 No. 1, while his self-titled album dominated the Billboard 200.

Anheuser-Busch’s Enthusiastic Support

Anheuser-Busch, the parent company of Bud Light, is excited to partner with Zach Bryan. Brendan Whitworth, CEO of Anheuser-Busch, expressed his enthusiasm, saying, “We’re thrilled to work with Zach to bring positive experiences to country music fans and local communities nationwide.”

Todd Allen, VP of Marketing for Bud Light, added, “Bryan is known for connecting fans, and we can’t wait to put on a great show ahead of the Super Bowl.”

Building on Bud Light’s Legacy

The 2024 Bud Light Backyard Tour builds on previous successful events like the Bud Light Super Bowl Music Fest and the Bud Light Dive Bar Tour. It promises a series of country and country-adjacent shows, following past controversies that stirred conversations around the brand.

Past Controversies

The tour announcement follows controversies involving Bud Light and Anheuser-Busch’s collaboration with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney. Artists like Kid Rock (who said things like “F*** Bud Light!” then caught guzzling a can of Bud Light) and Travis Tritt spoke out against the brand, while Bryan emphasized inclusivity and understanding.
