Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam Announces Rare Solo Shows for EB Research Partnership Benefit
Eddie Vedder Unveils Special Solo Shows For Charity
Eddie Vedder, the iconic frontman of Pearl Jam, shines not only on stage but also through his impactful charity efforts. Alongside his wife Jill, he co-founded the EB Research Partnership in 2010, dedicated to battling Epidermolysis Bullosa.
Eddie Vedder, renowned frontman of Pearl Jam, is set to deliver two exclusive solo performances on October 23rd and 24th at Seattle’s esteemed Benaroya Hall. The proceeds from these shows will be dedicated to supporting the EB Research Partnership (EBRP), an organization co-founded by Vedder and his wife, Jill, in 2010. EBRP is committed to finding solutions and remedies for Epidermolysis Bullosa, a debilitating skin ailment.
The members of Pearl Jam’s devoted Ten Club fan community will have early access to tickets starting today, August 21st. For the general public, ticket availability begins tomorrow, facilitated through Ticketmaster Verified Fan registration. Although Vedder presented his sole complete solo performance of the year at the Innings Festival in Arizona this February, he also participated in a private event with a three-song set in late July in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Prior to the Seattle benefit concerts, Vedder will be accompanied by his regular solo band Earthlings for his annual appearance at the Ohana Festival in Dana Point, California, scheduled from September 29th to October 1st.
Pearl Jam is simultaneously preparing for the forthcoming release of their twelfth studio album, anticipated in 2024. Collaborating with producer Andrew Watt, the band embarks on a short tour across the Midwest and Texas starting August 31st in St. Paul, Minnesota. Furthermore, Vedder and his bandmates extend their support to organizations impacted by recent Maui wildfires, initiating an auction for an autographed poster from Pearl Jam’s 1998 Hawaiian tour.
